#OTVFellows is an annual fellowship program that identifies and mobilizes intersectional storytellers ready to create a sustainable career in the film/tv industry through stipends, mentorship and general consultation. This career-long independent education and mentorship-based Initiative empowers strong writers, directors and producers to bring their web series, shorts-films, pilots and video art to life.
